CHARLES L. SIFERS: 

Former Regent; Sustaining Member (2000-05) of the National College for DUI Defense.  During his tenure he served as Co-Chair of the Board Certification Committee.  He lectured on DUI Defense during NCDD's Trial College, held yearly at Harvard Law School in Cambridge, Massachusetts.  He shared his rare DUI Defense knowledge with 100's of other DUI Defense attorneys throughout Oklahoma and the United States.  Among many associations memberships, Mr. Sifers is a Member of the Oklahoma County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and Member of the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.  The Oklahoma Bar Association requests Charles Sifers to speak frequently on Oklahoma DUI Law.  He is also on the Board of Directors for the Criminal Law Section for the Oklahoma Bar Association.

A few of Charles L. Sifers' Qualifications are:

Oklahoma DUI Lawyer, long before attending Oklahoma City University of Law where he received the Cali award for Trial Practice and Administrative Law, Jeff Sifers attended training seminars on such topics as Standardized Field Sobriety Testing; Intoxilyzer 5000-D Breath Testing Machines; and, Drug Recognition Expert (DRE).  He excelled in these areas to become a certified instructor/trainer on many of these topics.  He subsequently became a consultant and opinion witness on these topics in Oklahoma, North Carolina, and Georgia.  And, this was BEFORE he became a lawyer.

Jeff Sifers' has lectured on DUI Defense for the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma State District Judges, and for the Oklahoma Municipal Judges Conference.  He has instructed many Oklahoma Attorneys in Oklahoma on Oklahoma DUI Defense.
